Welcome to PromptForge. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PromptForge website (the "Service") operated by PromptForge ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Use of License and Platform Content
PromptForge provides an extensive database of AI prompts designed for large language models (LLMs). The content, layout, design, data, databases and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by PromptForge or its licensors, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy, and utilize the text prompts provided on the Service for your personal or commercial AI interactions.
- You may not systematically scrape, extract, or mine data from the Service to build a competing compilation or directory without our expressed written permission.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. User Generated Content and Submissions
Our Service allows users to submit, post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain AI prompts or information ("Content"). By submitting Content to PromptForge, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to your Content. We reserve the right to remove any Content from the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all materials and prompts included therein are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PromptForge does not warrant that the prompts will produce specific results from third-party AI models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney), as AI outputs are inherently unpredictable. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PromptForge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any outputs generated by third-party AI models using our prompts; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
5. Third-Party Links & Advertising
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by PromptForge. Specifically, we utilize third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense. PromptForge has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that PromptForge shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
